Building Deaf‑First systems
with business receipts & AI agents.
I’m Pinky Collie — a Deaf‑first business architect and systems builder in Texas. I design platforms like DeafAUTH, PinkSync, and 360Magicians where Deaf entrepreneurs can prove who they are, access services, and stay compliant without surrendering their IP or their culture.
About
Deaf‑first architect with business receipts and code in production
My path runs through insurance, tax, real estate, and compliance — then straight into AI‑powered, Deaf‑first platforms. I’ve filed returns, closed deals, taught financial literacy, and sat on Deaf chamber boards. That means the friction Deaf people feel with government, banks, and paperwork isn’t theory to me, it’s memory.
Now I build systems that remove that friction: authentication that knows your signing preferences, accessibility brokers that route the right support in real time, and financial pathways that speak both Deaf culture and regulation at the same time.
Platforms
Magi is the orchestration layer. These are the spells.
-
DeafAUTHDeaf‑first identity and authentication — a passport, accessibility profile, and compliance key for Deaf professionals moving through MBTQ services, VR4Deaf, 360Magicians, and partner platforms.
Accessibility, trust, Web2 + Web3 logins, sign‑language–aware flows. -
PinkSyncAn accessibility broker that coordinates speech, text, and sign language services so Deaf users get the right support at the right moment instead of being an afterthought.
Routing, media, interpreters, AI stacks, cost modeling. -
360MagiciansBusiness lifecycle agents for Deaf founders — from idea intake to compliance, funding, and managed operations. Every phase has its own Magician agent and guardrails.
IDEA → BUILD → GROW → MANAGED. -
MBTQ.devA testbed for Deaf‑first products and services with Vercel, Google Cloud, and Supabase. Where new flows get born, broken, and rebuilt better.

Stack
The tools I bend into Deaf‑first flows
I work across code, cloud, and compliance. I’m as comfortable in a GitHub monorepo as I am inside an SBA form or a lending packet.
Connect
Bring me a problem the Deaf community actually has.
If you are a founder, org, or partner who cares about Deaf access, trust, and real outcomes, I care less about your pitch deck and more about the last time a Deaf person got blocked in your flow.
